MOVING CHECKLIST
Moving plan
Moving is the beginning of a new life, and our goal is to make your moving process simple and enjoyable. Below is our moving plan, designed to ensure that your belongings are transferred to your new home safely and efficiently, allowing you to easily welcome your new life.
Weeks before moving
-
Throw away what you don't want
-
Book a lift and arrange parking for your truck, expect four hours
-
Gather your packing supplies: boxes, tape, paper/bubble wrap.
-
The value of valuables must be verified before moving.
-
When packing, put labels on the boxes to note where the items will be placed later.
One week before moving
-
Pack up all hanging items
-
Make sure electronics and loose items are packed
-
Pack fragile items
-
Cleaning the bathroom - you will need it after the move
-
Prepare a bag with a change of clothes and toiletries for use
Moving day
-
Remove blankets and sheets from beds and pack them away.
-
Make sure all items are packed
-
After the truck is loaded, check once more to see if all items are packed.
Moving Tips
Packaging attention.
-
One room per person per day so there is plenty of time. If there are fragile items in the room, there will be an additional charge.
-
The heavier the item, the smaller the box.
-
A room in a box. It makes it easier to organize your new place.
-
Partial boxes cannot be stacked. If you cannot fill the box, fill the remaining space with paper.
-
Don't pack your boxes on moving day. You can easily lose them.
Convenient transportation
-
Make sure your designated parking space is as close to your house or apartment as possible
-
If items are difficult to pass through an area, emptying or breaking things up can help.
Moving Preparation
-
Well packaged and clearly labeled.
-
Clear out all the unwanted stuff
-
The movers will need to carry your belongings to the car, so it is best to place your belongings in the nearest room.
-
Remember to disassemble the bed before moving to facilitate transportation
-
Prepare a bag with a change of clothes and toiletries for use
